Perfect vacation condo! Been staying at Seabreeze 1 for several years & will to continue to do so! Cant say enough about staff

Diana and Soila are welcoming and helpful. The maintenance crew was friendly and polite.

SEABREEZE 1 has been our favorite condominium for several years now. Our stays always have two parking spaces which is important to us. Beach access is convenient and showers and pool areas are well kept.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered excellent customer service at checking in and checking out.

Overall, we enjoyed lodging at your property. The only issue we had were the restroom doors not being able to lock. All in all, we would most definitely return for our next vacationing. Great accommodation in SPI!! Thank you!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean! I will definitely stay here again!

My experience with members of the team has always been very pleasant and professional. They truly work with meeting your expectations and making your experience a great memorable one. They have attention to detail and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have stayed at Seabreeze 1 several times and will continue to recommend it and I will definitely continue to stay here for my annual summer vacation. Diana and Soila and the super friendly maintenance tech were very attentive to our needs and comfort.

Soila, Diana and Robert are the best property team managers on the island, they are very attentive and professional and friendly.

I live in the valley, through my lifetime I have stayed at nearly all the properties on the island and this is the best by far.

Soila & Dianna plus crew make enjoying the beach as smooth going as possible all you gotta do is knock on the door or give them a call if you have a question or need advice.

Unit 304 was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. This place has everything you need for beach trips. The pool area was amazing we grilled hamburgers after a long day at the beach and the sunrise view is glorious. We had 2 easy beach access points and this location is less than 3 miles from anything cool in Padre. The Carnival ice cream places groceries all the great restaurants also parking is easy checkin in was easy this place makes it all easy breezy and that's why we'll be back soon. Seabreeze1 has great office staff if you need anything you just knock on the door or give him a call.

Seabreeze1 has it all. Perfect beach views, amazing pool/spa area and easy parking. The perfect spot for family fun on Padre island. You will be right in the middle of the island and everything is just a few blocks away great restaurants, grocery store, ice cream places and you really cant beat this place on location you name it it's just a minute or two away. It has an elevator and baggage carts check in was a breeze! Thanks for having us see you back there soon!
