Unexpected late check in was made effortless with one phone call. Had a very minor ant issue, but was attended to immediately. We were treated as if we were priority guests. With as little or as much interaction as you'd like with the staff, this is the most worry free vacation I've had not only on this island, but anywhere in my travels.

Close enough to amenities on the island but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism, this is the best location on the island. The view is phenomenal! Friendly guests have the same frame of mind - Island Time. Light breezes, clean beaches, warm waters, you can truly experience complete relaxation as a vacation should be.

The customer service was friendly and very informative.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning more often!

Diana and Soila are welcoming and helpful. The maintenance crew was friendly and polite.

SEABREEZE 1 has been our favorite condominium for several years now. Our stays always have two parking spaces which is important to us. Beach access is convenient and showers and pool areas are well kept.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered excellent customer service at checking in and checking out.

Overall, we enjoyed lodging at your property. The only issue we had were the restroom doors not being able to lock. All in all, we would most definitely return for our next vacationing. Great accommodation in SPI!! Thank you!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean! I will definitely stay here again!

My experience with members of the team has always been very pleasant and professional. They truly work with meeting your expectations and making your experience a great memorable one. They have attention to detail and have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I have stayed at Seabreeze 1 several times and will continue to recommend it and I will definitely continue to stay here for my annual summer vacation. Diana and Soila and the super friendly maintenance tech were very attentive to our needs and comfort.
