The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!
This simply decorated condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with a brand new Queen sleeper sofa, love seat and a large side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.
While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf and keep an eye on the kids at the pool! There is seating at the kitchen bar for 2 and seating for 4 at the dining room table.
There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo, PLUS a bonus room. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The King bed has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect nights sleep. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a twin with direct access to the hall bathroom. The Queen bed also has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs with Cable and HBO. In the bonus room there is a twin bed, which brings the total maximum sleeping occupancy to 6 in beds. With the use of the sleeper sofa you can sleep a maximum of 8 in this condo!
After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can’t be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Overall a very pleasant experience. Nice well kept lawn. Can use an upgrade on patio furniture. The only complaint would be the tall sliding glass door track. We all tripped on it at one time or another.

I made a booking mistake and needed to slide my reservation two days over in order to accommodate a change and called to see if that was possible. The change was made and it was SO easy! Front desk staff was super helpful and lovely to work with. We stayed at Seabreeze during Spring Break and called ahead to check on weather conditions and talked about the possibility of cancelling. We were given the option to even move our reservation to another date with out loosing our deposit which surprised us. In the end, we decided to keep our reservation and we had sunny weather 3 of the 5 days.

We love Seabreeze and will come again. The property was quiet and well maintained. We especially loved that they don't accept Spring Breakers during the month of March so we were sure that we were able to get a good night of sleep! Security was present at night making sure that the property and renters were all following that rule and we liked that!

Deanna was the staff member who took care of us. She is so courteous and such a happy person. She explained all over the phone expertly. When we arrived she was there to greet us with a big smile. She made us feel at home and even before viewing the property we knew with her welcoming demeanor that we would definitely return. First impression is the best selling point of any business and the Seabreeze1 definitely has this with their great customer service.

Excellent! We stayed in condo 103 and it was more beautiful and accommodating then described on the website. One reads good and bad reviews, one is prone to focus on bad, however there is nothing bad to describe Seabreeze1. The cleanliness and beauty of the unit and grounds was superb. Beach access was amazingly close. Which was a great surprise since other locations advertise beach access but one has to walk a quarter of a mile to get there. Beach access was really really just steps away which is awesome. Our family is planning to visit SPI this summer and we will definitely choose Seabreeze1 as our home away from home for all future stays on the Island.
