Reservations must be secured with a credit card. A minimum 15% deposit is required to make a reservation. We cannot guarantee a specific unit, as a maintenance emergency could arise or the unit could be removed from the rental pool. However we will try to accommodate your requests as best as possible.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least one month in advance or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of your Total Balance. There are no refunds for early departure.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Because the Seabreeze 1 office closes at 6:00 pm, please contact the office at 1-800-221-6448 on day of check-in if arriving after 6:00 pm to make arrangements for a late check-in so you know how to access a key.
Check-out is at 10:00 am. Please note that there will be a charge of $75 to guests per hour or fraction thereof who do not leave in a timely manner.
Full payment is due upon check-in, payable with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express, Check, or Cash. Proper I.D. is required. There is a $35 charge for insufficient fund checks.
In keeping with the restrictions of the South Padre Island fire code, the maximum occupancy for a two bedroom unit is six to eight people depending on the sleeping accommodations provided in the condo. The maximum occupancy for three/four bedroom units is eight to ten people depending on the sleeping accommodations provided in the condo. This includes all children and day guests. You CAN NOT EXCEED the maximum occupancy limit for your condo at any time of day or night. Only registered guests may use the properties amenities.
Before check-out, please dispose of all trash in plastic trash bags and place in trash receptacles provided on the ground floor at the south gate.
When checking out, please lock the door and return the keys to the office. If the office is closed, please drop all keys in the slot of the office door. Please note, a $30 fee is charged for each lost set of keys. Should you later discover you have left an item(s) behind, you will need to schedule a pick-up via a shipping company in order for the office to ship your item(s).
There are no pets allowed. Should you be found with a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and must pay a $200 fine-no refunds.
There is no smoking inside the units. Any guests that do not comply will be charged a $200 cleaning/deodorizing fee plus an additional fine for loss of rental.
Seabreeze keeps a full inventory of all furniture, dcor, appliances, kitchenware, and linens. Renters will be held responsible/charged for any damages, missing items, or if the unit is left in poor condition which requires extra/special cleaning.
Seabreeze provides the initial toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and coffee filters for the unit. However, you are responsible for the remainder of these supplies plus any other items or cleaning products (paper towels, napkins, toiletries, etc.) you may need during your stay. We would also suggest that you bring beach towels as these are not provided in all units.
Pool and hot tub rules are posted and must be obeyed. Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and children must be accompanied by an adult.
We can only guarantee one parking space per unit and parking is limited. Although some of our reserved parking spaces allow room for an extra vehicle, additional cars/trucks/boats/etc. will likely need to park at the beach access on the south side of the building (day-time parking only, 6:00 am to 12:00 am) or on the street for overnight parking. Please note that should you park on the street, South Padre Island code requires all four tires to be off the pavement.
We cater to families and persons who desire a quiet and restful atmosphere in which to enjoy their stay. Therefore, we reserve the right to evict anyone that may be breaking these rules or creating a disturbance, and in this case there will be no refunds.
